How to connect to Pristy?
Logging in
This step assumes that you have requested an account and that the administrator has provided you with a login URL, your username and your password.
If you have all of these, you can follow the instructions below to connect to your Pristy:
- access your Pristy access via the url that has been provided to you, it looks like
https://your-company.pristy.net/portail, - use the identifiers provided by your administrator.
- Enter your user name in the “username” field,
- enter your password in the “password” field,
- click on “Log in”.
First connection
When you first connect, you will be taken to the Pristy Portail home page, the gateway to all your Pristy applications.
In the menu, you will find the applications to which you have access, click on them to access your application.
If you want to access a specific application quickly and frequently, add it to your browser favourites!
What do I do if I’ve forgotten my password?
On the login page, click on forgotten password and follow the instructions.
To create an account, change your username or your account email, you need to contact your administrator.
How do I log out of Pristy?
To log out, click on the “Logout” icon in the top right-hand corner.
